Refund policy
Damaged goods
Should the product be significantly damaged, Iconic Candles will offer you, full product replacement including postage/shipping costs within Australia. If the candle has been used or burned no refund or replacement will be able to be provided.
Please note that given the candles are soy wax, minor imperfections should be expected. Iconic Candles policy is to provide our customers with the best product quality and customer service.
If your goods arrive significantly damaged, please notify us within 2 days from when you received the goods by emailing us at hello@iconiccandles.com.au with the below information.
- a copy of your initial purchase receipt
- a picture and/or pictures of damaged goods including description of the issue
- your full name, address, email and contact phone number
For us to be able to process your refund claim the above information must be provided.
Iconic Candles may arrange for the goods to be returned to Iconic Candles by way of courier/post at no expense to you. If this is required once goods are received by Iconic Candles, and it is deemed that goods are damaged, full replacement of goods will be arranged within a reasonable time frame.
Candle Care
Please ensure that you read, understand & follow Iconic Candles Candle Care instructions.
If you did not follow the Candle Care instructions, unfortunately, you will not be eligible to a refund or replacement. Iconic Candles is not liable for any damage caused by misuse or neglect during use of its candles.
Change of Mind and Cancellations
Please choose your products carefully. Iconic Candles do not refund due to a change of mind. This is due to candles being made to order following receipt of payment.

Refunds
All refund requests are reviewed individually and will be processed as quickly as possible. Iconic Candles prefer to provide you with a replacement product to satisfy your original order. If you elect, Iconic Candles will provide you a refund less original postage/shipping costs for damaged product received.
